Due to health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

• Free Shipping: via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment. Available on orders over $50

We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Unused and unwashed
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
