Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
Please Note: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Air Care & Air Fresheners
  • Bath & Pedestal Mats (if used)
  • Bath Pillows
  • Opened Arts & Crafts materials
  • Any product that is not in its original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item. We will ship the replacement product using the same shipping method as your original order.
